Cemimax Bicomax is a Bi-Components high performance self leveling compound with low odour, fast setting, fast drying, special designed for wet areas, high moisture vapor control subfloor, exterior and suitable for preparing sound internal subfloors prior to the installation of new floorcoverings.
Cemi Screed Light
Cemi screed light is a high performance light weight
mortar with flow ability suitable for fast dry engineered
screed installation. It is made by using high quality
polymer spray dry powder resin, special cement,fine
aggregates and special additives. Applying specialised
research and development technology, processing
and refinement in the factory. Easy to use light weight
formula can be used as a bulk fill and self levelling
compound. For all large scale commercial works and
renovations to existing slabs where weight is a factor.

Our CEMITOP decorative overlay is a cement based levelling
Compound designed with our range of Grey pigment components. CEMITOP provides a seemless and decorative
finished surface with our range of three different Shades of
Grey. JETGREY, KRISGREY and MAXGREY are all premixed
colours in our 20kg bags for easy application.
DL10
DL10 is an advanced cement and polymer based levelling
compound with special aggregate.DL10 is formulated
with high flow performance for leveling work on installation
of thick layers. DL10 is very suitable for quick-setting
preparation solutions and also can be used as a fast set
screed with low ratio water mixing.
DL18
Cemimax DL18 is a polymer modified Cementious self leveling
used to level and smooth concrete as well as other interior
substrates. Suitable at depths from 1/8” to unlimited. DL-18
produces a very low emission, rapid setting, high-flow, level, flat,
cost-effective, in areas with normal wear demands. For internal use
only.
DL24
DL24 is an advanced cement and polymer based levelling
and smoothing compound. DL24 is formulated for leveling
work on standard construction in universal areas. DL24 is very
suitable for normally traffic, quick-setting and economical
surface preparation solutions.
DL30 EOT
DL30 EOT is an advanced cement and polymer based
levelling and smoothing compound.DL30 EOT is formulated
for leveling work on standard construction in universal areas.
DL30 EOT is suitable for internal use on new or existing
substrates for trafficable areas that are used internally as a
underlayment.

DL40
DP 40 is a water based, low emission, acrylic, primer that enhances
the performance and bonding of Cemimax Self-Leveling products
over non-absorbent surfaces. DP40 can be installed over existing
well bonded flooring (quarry, porcelain, and ceramic tile; VCT,
Sheet Vinyl; Terrazzo; Metal Decking, and Rubber), epoxy and
polyurethane (PU) based primers/ moisture vapor retarders
(MVR)/ barriers, and well bonded non-water soluble adhesive
residue.
DL55
DL55 is an advanced cement and polymer based
levelling and smoothing compound.DL55 is formulated for
experienced commercial contractors to smooth and
level large commercial and retail areas. Once dry it is
suitable for the application of vinyl, carpet and tile floor
finishes. Unlike normal hydration levellers, DL55 will harden
and dry at temperatures down to 10°C.
DL59 BI TURBO
DL59 BI TURBO is a highly polymer-modified, fast-setting
self-leveling compound that will accept floor covering in
appro-ximately 60 minutes. It is sufficiently dry for installation
of most floor coverings as soon it is set to walk on, allowing
for complete renovations in a single day.
DL59 FLEX
DL59 Flex is a Fiber-Reinforced cementitious self-leveling
smoothing compound with enhanced flexural strength.
It resists cracking and provides an exceptionally
smooth, hard surface for use on timber substrate in
residential and commercial areas.
DL59
DL59 is a cement based leveling compound with very
high compressive strength to C40.DL59 is especially
suitable for high traffic, heavy wear location. DL59 can
be also used as overlays for polished concrete floors.
G22
G22 is a modern and contemporary filler and leveling compound based
on calcium sulfate and polymer. G 22 is developed for experienced commercial contractors to smooth and level large areas in private living areas,
public and commercial areas. After drying, the surface is suitable for laying
elastic and textile floor coverings and many other coverings
PP3
PP3 is an advanced cement and polymer based patching
compound for repair, filling and patching up to 13mm depth.
Can be used on a variety of substrates prior to installation of
most flooring products. Priming is not required for most applications.
PP5
PP5 is an advanced cement and polymer mix that is
highly versatile, rapid drying patching compound. Its
fine aggregates allow it to be installed from a feather
edge up to a high ll depth in one application. Superior
bonding allows it to be applied over existing concrete,
well bonded ooring, properly prepared non-water soluble
adhesive, well bonded gypsum, all without having to
use primer in most applications.
